You are the store manager of a large supermarket chain, two of your workers have been to see you to complain that the store does not have a prayer room and they have been forced to pray in an old security office. They have also mentioned that some shift managers, will only let them pray once at a time and have counted this as their lunch break.

D. One of your HR team come to see you, they have just met a candidate who is due to be interviewed for a junior post in the firm. The job advert clearly stated that the job would be ideally suited to a 'recent University graduate' as a young person was preferred for the role. The lady who has arrived for interview does have a recent degree through the open university, but looks to be in her late fifties.
