Personalisation in H&SC means ensuring that every person receiving care and support is able to set their personal goals and has choice and control over the shape of their care and support. Service users can be given control over the services they receive by being allowed to control some of the budget that may be allocated to them.

- Specialist support from health and social care professionals - allocated according to need following an assessment of needs
